The Start of December Daily 2010

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day. I'm still stuffed, not to mention tired. So much preparation for a meal that is over in about 30 minutes!

I received this familiar box in the beginning of November and just got the chance to open it today

 
Inside it was my November kit and the special "Count down to Christmas" kit.

November's kit has some really great papers and the color palate is gorgeous

 

Great colors for fall, and I love that ribbon on the left and those die cut doily transparancies too.

I have some stuff left over from last year's December Daily. Actually, I have quite a bit left, but I really liked the paper choices in this kit, and I like the album that comes with the kit too.

 
There are 2 different  overlays in this kit too. I had a lot of trouble finding overlays for my project, and I could not find blank overlays either. I found 2, plus there are 2 in this kit, so I think I am set. I am going to concentrate on the contents of the album first and then work on the cover. I won't get bogged down on making sure there are photos for every entry. There will be a journaling entry for every day though.

I am still working on my final project for my Lighting for Photography class. This has not been a fun class by any means. It is really technical with not much room for creativity. A necessary evil for the degree for sure...

I am hoping to share some of the photos at the end of the semester.
